Having successfully represented clients across the Tri-Cities, Carlie brings extensive knowledge of the area’s diverse neighborhoods and communities. Beyond real estate, Carlie is passionate about empowering women in business. She founded the Tri-Cities Women in Business Networking Group and co-authored Faces of the Tri-Cities, a collaborative book celebrating local entrepreneurs and moms in business.

Raised in Port Coquitlam, Carlie attended Cedar Drive Elementary, Minnekhada Middle School, and Terry Fox Secondary. A lifelong competitor, she was deeply involved in dance, Poco soccer, and field hockey with the Tri-Cities Eagles—experiences that fostered her drive, discipline, and team-first mindset.
